SCOPE AND PREFACE TO THE POLICY:

The Company Discount Mart Private Limited (The “Company”) provide a scheme to respective buyer, in terms of which the option of return or refund is offered by the company to you. It is imperative upon company, Direct Seller and company branches to follow the Customer Product Refund Policy in letter and spirit.

Consumer, if unsatisfied with the products and found products are not relevant for use, and in case of products delivered is different from the ordered products, then he can go for the below mentioned return and exchange policy and avail refund.

SCOPE:

If the customer not satisfied with product than this policy provides them an option to return their products and claim for refund.

WE UPHOLD THE TRUST AND QUALITY OF COMPANY PRODUCTS

Company upholds the quality of its products and guarantees your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products, you may return it for a refund as per the terms of the Returns Policy.

TIME PERIOD FOR RETURN

The customer can raise the request for the return in the 30 days.

PROCESS INVOLVED IN RETURNING A PRODUCT
  • RAISE RETURN REQUEST
    If you are not satisfied with our product or product that deliver to you is not as per your expectation, then you can raise a return request on our company website www.discountmart.in
  • Prepare package
    After raise your return request, customer is requested to prepare that package in the same condition in which you received that product.
  • Hand over that product at company register address
    After that, customer will be required to deliver that product at company register address office.

  • We receive the product & provide refund
    When we received product then after check if product is as per our defined terms of product return, then we provide refund to you.
TERMS & CONDITION TO RETURN A PRODUCT:

Product return to company will be accepted on the following terms and conditions -

  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  • This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused by the end user.
  • Returns/replacements are accepted only in case of Defects, Damages during delivery, Missing products, or Wrong products delivered to the end user.
  • Returns/replacements are accepted for unused and packed products only.
  • Kindly ensure the product is in its original condition with tags attached.
  • The maximum product quantity allowed for returns or replacement is the actual no. of products ordered by the Consumer.
  • If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Company shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
  • Returns are subject to verification and checks in order to determine the legitimacy of complaint/return. During pick-up, your product shall be checked for the following conditions:
For Condition
Correctness Image/ brand/ batch number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should not be removed and clearly visible.
Completeness All in-the-box accessories, freebies, warranty/guarantee cards and combos (if any) should be present.
Non-Usage The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Non-damage (Product) The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Non-damage (Packaging) Product's original packaging/ brand box should be undamaged.

MODES AVAILABLE TO PROVIDE REFUND TO CUSTOMER

If customer paid for their product through cash or Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, UPI, directly to Company Authorized Account at the time of their purchase then: customer will receive the refund without any deduction into the account of the consumer/direct seller registered with company within 10 (Ten) working days from the date of receiving the products at company registered/authorized address.

If customer paid for their product to direct seller and company C&F store at the time of their purchase then: customer will receive the refund amount into the account of the consumer/direct seller registered with company within 10 business days from the date of refund.

TERMS AND CONDITION
  • Cash on Delivery transactions (if any), refund, if any, shall be made into the account of the consumer/direct seller registered with company .
  • Cash transactions (if any), refunds, if any, will be made via electronic payment transfers into the account of the consumer/direct seller registered with company.
  • Refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only and shall be equivalent to the Transaction Price received in Indian Rupees.
  • For electronics payments, refund shall be made through payment facility using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI).
  • Refunds may be supported for select banks. Where a bank is not supported for processing refunds, you will be required to share alternate bank account details with us for processing the refund.
  • Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to company in case of any misuse by Buyer.
  • Refund shall be subject to Buyer complying with Policies.
WHEN ORDER OF CUSTOMER IS ELIGIBLE TO GET REFUND
  • When your order is damaged, defective or tampered
    When customer receive damaged, defective or tampered product then in this case that product is easily returnable and customer can get refund of that product within such period as decided under refund policy.
  • Unexpected colour or style
    Customer received a product that was not as per his expectation, colour& style than in such situation customer can return their product and get refund.
  • You ordered one thing, but got something else and you want a refund
    When order placed for one thing but you got another thing, in that case customer may either claim refund.
WHEN CAN CUSTOMER EXPECT REFUND FOR THEIR CANCELLED ORDER

If you cancelled the order before shipment, we will immediately start the process of refund. In case you cancelled the order after shipment, it might take the time of approx. 10 days to initiate the refund.

Company reserves the right to change this policy at any time. If we change this policy notice we will update the effective date and such changes will be effective upon posting. We encourage you to review the policy regularly.
